Rental Management

We provide rental management for persons who do not wish, or unable, to have day to day involvement in the running of their property and rentals, we offer a comprehensive level of service taking care of all aspects of the property’s management, maintenance and holiday or long term rental agreements.

We arrange holiday or long term rental agreements and collect and forward rental payments.
Inspect at regular interval to ensure the property is kept in good order & report to landlord where necessary.
Attend to any repair & maintenance issues utilizing our team of approved contractors or those nominated by the property owner collect payments where possible.
