The Penthouse is located right in the middle of the village of Haute-Nendaz and is only 5 minutes walk to the telecabline,. There are lots of bars and restaurants all around within a few minutes walk from your front door. You can ski back to the village, catch apres ski drinks, and be sitting in front of your log fire within 10 minutes of leaving the bars. You can also enjoy a birds eye view of the ice hockey pitch directly below your 5th floor lounge window and balcony providing a constant source of interest; however the double glazing and seclusion of the Penthouse also offers total privacy and quiet.

Interior

The front door of the apartment is directly opposite the lift at the 4th floor where you will find the entrance hall, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom. Stairs then lead up to the fifth floor with it’s vast open plan kitchen and lounge area with polished marble flooring, two further double bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower and basin), and a further bathroom. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard; it has a luxury fitted kitchen with granite worktop, Miele appliances including dishwasher, full size fridge-freezer, eye level oven and microwave; with a washing machine and dryer located in the 5th floor bathroom. In the basement, there is a heated room for your boots and ski’s to dry out overnight. Outside is a private car park with parking for 2 cars on a first come first served basis.
